Product introduction

Huakai has the world's most advanced PVB production line in China. All the equipments are imported from foreign advanced manufacturers. The main importing countries are Germany, Italy, Canada, the United States, etc. The twin-screw extruders at the core of the production line are imported from Germany, which has the most advanced and mature extrusion grinding technology in the world, makes the tough and tensile strength of PVB cooled by high temperature extrusion once. This advanced equipment ensures  the production of  PVB resin , and also effectively protects the physical properties and molecular structure of the PVB interlayer film during the forming process.

In the process of cooling and winding, we use the current CNC online testing equipment to effectively control the PVB quality and perform on-line inspection of thickness, roughness, moisture content and haze,  the production of PVB film is fully automated.
